Craig, my bro is still a big Flyers fan and will be joining the co-owner of the Montreal Canadiens on his private jet to go see an upcoming game in your lovely hometown. Lucky prick. He wore a Flyers jersey almost every day in his youth. (For what it’s worth, I’m still a big fan of Philadelphia cream cheese.) I, too, love Norm Breyfogle. His death still bothers me. At least Stan Lee lived a long, fruitful life. Oh, yeah… great pod, as always. Frank Welker is a god.

  1. First time listener but a long time Savage Dragon Fan. LOVED the pod cast and took some great recommendations from it. I started a comic book club in the town I live in and I think I might have to use Rumble as one of my choices and force it on to all my friends. Great break down of the issue and your love of the book really shows. I started my own comic review show on YouTube but it’s nowhere near as fun as you guys sound like you are having. I do have to say I agree with most your comments except the handling of the rape in the other books you mentioned. Invincible and Identity Crisis were really well thought out and the repercussions in those books had some changes to many characters and circumstances. I’m so excited to hear your take on the Captain Tootsie issue. Look forward to hearing more.

Thanks for listening Allen! We appreciate you taking the time to comment. Super stoked to hear that you liked it and the fun we have doing it comes through on the recording. We’ve been at in since 2011 so I think we’ve really figured out how our chemistry works to get the best out of a conversation. Send us a link to your youtube show so we can check it out!

    Sotiris,

that’s pretty cool! How does your brother know the owner of the Canadiens? Are you from Montreal?
