Speaking of music, any of you listen to the Strokes? My no.1 favorite rock band, no doubt about it. Latest album ‘The New Abnormal’ is a gem. Check it out. Also, the Chemical Brothers are gods.

    Fin crew, listen to either?

I do enjoy the Strokes and liked the new album. I wasn’t super into the Chemical Bros but didn’t dislike them either. As a child of the nineties they were part of the soundtrack of that era.

Right on man, re : The New Abnormal’ thought it was above average at first, but those last three tracks are stellar. Fantastic rock all across the board…’The Adults Are Talking’ is a classic imo, with ‘Brooklyn Bridge To Chorus’, ‘Bad Decisions’.

Many of my favorite albums took a while to click before I really liked them. I find that you have to get over the shock between differences form previous albums and really just listen to an album all the way through multiple times before you get it.

Oh yeah I agree. It’s a different album but taps into what makes them one of the best.
